365 Little Collins Street, Melbourne was completed in April 2004 and includes 134 strata office suites, a business centre, café and storage facilities. We provide a full-time building manager on-site during business hours, a business centre manager and assistant in the Business Centre.

At 365 Little Collins Street, TM Facilities Management offers a personalised service whether it be project managing a tenant’s office fitout, managing the reception area for their guests or assisting with telecommunications advice. Through our marketing expertise we have also been able to draw external users to the 365 Little Collins Street building. Their requirements have primarily been the usage of the meeting room facilities, but it has also helped to generate interest in the office suites available to lease or buy at this property.

As Facilities Managers at Site One, our role will encompass providing an on-site building manager, managing the budget of the building, looking after tenants as well as running the Business Centre which provides a comprehensive range of Business Services including meeting rooms with audio visual facilities, printing and copying.

The Business Centre @ Site One offers meeting rooms for seminars, board meetings or training sessions. The on-site audio visual will provide the latest technology for presentations, conferences and data projection. All meeting rooms will have access to the internet and will provide a sound proof environment to conduct business. The Business Centre facilities and associated services are available to tenants and also external customers.

12-14 Cato Street, Hawthorn was completed in December 2004 and includes 32 strata office suites and two levels of carparking. A building manager is employed by Trevor Main to oversee the full operations of this building.
