As Facilities Managers at Site One, our role includes providing an on-site building manager, managing the budget of the building, looking after tenants as well as running the Business Centre which provides a comprehensive range of Business Services including meeting rooms with audio visual facilities, printing and copying.

The Business Centre @ Site One offers meeting rooms for seminars, board meetings or training sessions. If required we offer audio visual providing the latest technology for presentations, conferences and data projection. All meeting rooms have access to the internet and provide a sound proof environment to conduct business. The Business Centre facilities and associated services are available to tenants and also external customers from Monday to Friday on an hourly or full day rate.

Catering can also be provided, with options including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

12-14 Cato Street, Hawthorn was completed in December 2004 and includes 32 strata office suites and two levels of carparking. A building manager is employed by Trevor Main to oversee the full operations of this building.
