This project was unique in that it involved the redevelopment of a much loved historic building to a four star hotel complete with dining areas, lounges and kitchens, centre management and reception areas. In addition there were also additional facilities including a multi storey carpark, gym, spa, sauna and change room facilities.
Our involvement included feasibility studies, acting as the client representative, cost planning and construction cost management.
